After Gateway is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for adults with multiple and/or severe developmental disabilities.

Our day health program is certified through the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Aging as a

specialized care provider for developmental disabilities.

Program hours are 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday thru Friday
