How to Enroll for After Gateway

After Gateway Inc.Prospective applicants are encouraged to visit the program prior to applying.

Tours are available between the hours of 9-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. Monday-Friday. Individuals who wish to tour the program are encouraged to call and set an appointment. At the time of the tour, interested parties will be given a program brochure, an application, reference forms, and specific program information including a program calendar.

To apply to the program, a completed application signed by the responsible party, at least one completed reference form, and a $25 application fee must be submitted.

Upon review of the application and references, the Program Committee will determine the individual's suitability for the program.
